Drinking tea is a great way of dealing with stress – especially jasmine tea since it has properties that can soothe nerves. Another way for me to deal with stress is to binge eat (obviously)
@jeff I second that. Remember when you guys gave me tea? (I think it was a black tea or something), I felt immediately relaxed after finishing my mug! I think Ill drink more tea from now on.
Eating chocolate (especially if it’s Maltesers or Hershey’s), hugging a fluffy puppy and watching puppy videos. I’m good.
I try to free my weekends for me to unwind and spend time with the family after a stressful week at the office. I used to drink coffee when I’m stress but I developed acid reflux so no more coffee for me.
